James came recommended to us and as we had quite a pressing need for some HR advice, he moved his diary around for us at very short notice.
Really helpful and full of advice, we addressed the initial issue and then went on to do a full review with James of our existing practices and with his support and guidance, have now a very robust set of policies and procedures including a one page employment contract document, which is a huge break-through for us, given the number of casual staff we will use over the course of a year.
